Greg is a Cannon County native and has lived in Woodbury for most of his life. He is the son of Danny and Kay Goff of Woodbury, and the grandson of Lucille Tenpenny and the late Bill Tenpenny, also of Woodbury. He graduated from Cannon County High School in 1990.
